Yin with Singing Bowls
A deeply restorative practice designed to help you slow down, soften and reconnect. Beginning with gentle, mindful movement, breathwork and elements of self-massage, we'll gradually settle into longer-held yin postures, allowing the body to release tension and create space. Holding each posture for 3–5 minutes encourages mobility, supports the health of the connective tissues—including fascia, tendons and ligaments—and invites the nervous system into a calmer, more restful state. The session concludes with an extended savasana accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, offering time to fully unwind, integrate the practice and leave feeling grounded, peaceful and restored.
